Our story
If you've been to a wedding, market or big backyard party around Lismore in the last few years, chances are you've seen one of our white coolrooms on a blue trailer doing its quiet job in the background. We've been hiring coolroom trailers from the Alphadale crossroads since 2019, and word has spread across the region ever since.
Lanes Cool Room Hire is family owned and family run, built on one simple idea: keeping things properly cold should be the easiest part of your event. One phone call, a trailer delivered cold, and nothing for you to think about until we pick it up.

What makes us different
We're the Northern Rivers' dedicated coolroom hire fleet. Not a party hire company with a coolroom out the back, and not a Sydney operator trucking units up the highway. The whole business is mobile refrigeration, which means the trailers are maintained like it matters, because for a wedding in February, it really does.
Being ten minutes from Lismore puts us within an easy run of Ballina, Casino, Byron Bay and Alstonville, so delivery stays flexible and short-notice hire is often possible. Prefer to tow it yourself? Every unit hitches to a standard tow ball with a 7-pin flat plug.
Part of the community
The Northern Rivers keeps us busy, so we put a bit back. We're proud sponsors of Alstonville FC, including the McGrath Miniroos Carnival, and you'll find our coolrooms working quietly at club days, school fetes and community fundraisers across the region.
